Isn't great to have a few things you can pull out of your memory bank that instantly bring a smile to your face? There is absolutely no better quick pick-me-up. You just have to think of a happy time or place or favorite person or how you felt at a joyous moment and it seems like all is right (or at least better) with the world.And there is nothing, nothing, nothing better than bringing a smile to the face of someone else.
