Breaking News! It's in 70% of all the ground beef sold in the country! What is pink slime? I hear it's beef-by-products purified by spraying on a healthy (pardon the pun) dose of ammonia to kill the bacteria and now used as filler in our ground beef instead of as dog food which was its former use.
